Sheung Wan

A different view of Sheung Wan district. Taken from the local public sports center, this photo shows how narrow the streets are in Hong Kong. Tall buildings and old 5-story-residences are cohabiting in a somehow dangerous setup: we don’t have earthquake here but typhoons and black rains are common and it’s not rare to see the water rushing from the steep hill (green background on the photo) through all those streets.
